7.28.100 Intoxicating beverages – General.
This section is included in your selections.
No person shall:
(1) Parks. Bring or drink alcoholic beverages, except by a permit issued in accordance with MMC 7.28.104.
(2) Open Space. Bring or drink alcoholic beverages at any time in open space.
