(1) Location. Ride a horse except on designated bridle trails. Where permitted, horses shall be thoroughly broken and properly restrained, ridden with due care and not be allowed to graze or go unattended nor shall any horse be hitched to any rock, tree, or shrub. (Ord. 169 Exh. A, passed 2-11-2020)
