All public storm water systems, whether publicly or privately constructed, shall conform to City of Albany Standard Construction Specifications, as adopted by the City of Millersburg, and the City of Millersburg Design Standards with regard to legal and design requirements, materials, and workmanship. Failure to meet tests for performance and workmanship shall be grounds for refusal of acceptance by the City. Permits to connect to storm water systems that have not been accepted will not be issued until the system has been approved and accepted. (Ord. 166, passed 12-10-2019)
