Reasonable notice and access shall be given to allow inspection of all work in connection with the construction or reconstruction of any public and private storm water facilities. Use of the storm water facilities will not be allowed until the building storm sewer and the public improvement receives final approval. (Ord. 166, passed 12-10-2019)
