Drawings for all public storm water systems shall be approved by the City Engineer or his/her designee prior to construction. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, such drawings shall conform to applicable storm water system master plans as well as City of Albany Standard Construction Specifications, as adopted by the City of Millersburg. Such approval shall be required in addition to any other approval required by State law. (Ord. 166, passed 12-10-2019)
