15.10.080 Utilities.
This section is included in your selections.
The City may construct, own, purchase, maintain and operate, and assess therefor, the following utilities:
(1) A domestic water supply system;
(2) An irrigation and fire protection water system;
(3) An electrical supply system; and/or
(4) An undivided interest in common facilities within or without the State, jointly with one or more other cities, with one or more other districts, with one or more electric cooperatives, or with one or more electric utility companies, any source of electric power including thermal power.
