Any person violating any of the provision of this chapter is subject to those penalties set forth in the respective Oregon Revised Statutes, and if not referenced in the Oregon Revised Statutes, then by a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 per occurrence. (Ord. 176, passed 9-8-2020)
