When a discharge causes obstruction, damage, or other impairment to the storm water system, the City Engineer may assess a charge against the discharger for the work required to clean or repair the facility. If the discharger fails to pay said charge, the costs to clean or repair the facility may be assessed against the property pursuant to MMC 12.80.040. (Ord. 166, passed 12-10-2019)
