The City of Millersburg may, without prior notice, suspend access to the storm water system when such suspension is necessary to stop an actual or threatened discharge that presents or may present imminent and substantial danger to the environment, to the health or welfare of persons, to the storm water system, or waters of the State.

If the violator fails to comply with a suspension order, the City of Millersburg may take such steps as deemed necessary to prevent or minimize damage to the storm water system, prevent or minimize danger to the environment, or to prevent or minimize danger to persons. (Ord. 166, passed 12-10-2019)
