It shall be unlawful to discharge industrial wastes to the POTW without having first complied with the terms of this chapter, or without having first obtained the City’s approval of a compliance schedule submitted by the industrial user. (Ord. 106 § 6(1), passed 10-9-2012; Code 2014 § 52.06(A))
