All industrial users proposing to connect to or to discharge sewage, industrial wastes and other wastes to the POTW shall comply with all terms of this chapter within 30 days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. (Ord. 106 § 6(2), passed 10-9-2012; Code 2014 § 52.06(B))
