In compliance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.12(p), industrial users shall notify the Director, EPA and DEQ in writing of any discharge into the municipal wastewater system of a substance that, if otherwise disposed of, would be a hazardous waste under 40 C.F.R. Part 261. The City may request additional information on the nature and concentration of the discharge, and may prohibit such discharge of wastewater containing hazardous waste.
