(1) Authorization. Camp in any park area without the specific written authorization of the City Manager. Any person who has not received authorization shall be guilty of committing a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 for each occurrence. (Ord. 169 Exh. A, passed 2-11-2020)
