No person in charge of property may permit, or no person may cause to exist, any item, substance, or act that is an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare. An imminent nuisance is unlawful and may be summarily abated as provided below. Determination of a condition, substance, act, or other occurrence constituting an imminent nuisance shall be made by the City Manager or his/her designee. (Ord. 152, passed 6-11-2019)
