The grantee shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City, its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, demands, and damages of any kind, including attorney’s fees which may arise, from any wrongful or negligent act or omissions of the grantee, its agents, officers or employees, in connection with the grantee’s operations pursuant to this franchise.
