The City shall impose, on a competitively neutral and nondiscriminatory basis, similar terms and conditions upon other similarly situated providers of telecommunications services operating within the City. Any requirement imposed on franchisee that is determined not in compliance with this section shall be unenforceable against franchisee. (Ord. 139 § 6, passed 11-13-2018)
