The franchisee shall indemnify and save harmless the City and its officers, agents and employees from any and all loss, cost and expense arising from damage to property and/or injury to or death of persons due to any wrongful or negligent act or omission of the franchisee, its agents or employees or due to exercising the rights, privileges and franchise hereby granted.
