The Council, from time to time, may pass resolutions for the carrying on of the City’s business as to matters not required to be a law of the City. The style of the resolution shall be substantially the same as an ordinance and shall include a statement as follows: “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILLERSBURG:”.
