17.20.020 Definitions.

Wherever the word “approved” is used in the Oregon Fire Code it shall be held to mean approved by the City.
Wherever the term “Fire Code Official” is used in the Oregon Fire Code it shall mean the Fire Chief or other designated authority with Albany Fire Department.
Wherever the word “jurisdiction” is used in the Oregon Fire Code it shall be held to mean the City of Millersburg. (Ord. 140 § 1, passed 11-13-2018)
