15.20.180 City acceptance of the public improvement.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Once completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and permit requirements and conditions, the City shall accept the public improvement provided:
(a) The City has received and approved reproducible record drawings referenced in MMC 15.20.050; and
(b) All required rights-of-way and easements have been approved and dedicated; and
(c) The warranty guarantee specified in MMC 15.20.100 is provided and approved; and
(d) The City is paid for any costs due to overtime, weekend, or holiday inspection.
(2) Acceptance of public improvements shall be made in writing by the City Engineer. (Ord. 141 (Exh. A § 18), passed 12-11-2018)
