Certification and testing of products, materials, compaction, and work shall be performed in accordance with the procedures and standards referenced in MMC 15.20.050, and the City of Millersburg Standard Construction Specifications. All costs for testing and certification, including compaction testing, shall be the responsibility of the permittee.
