Except as approved by the City in writing, construction activities shall be limited to the daytime, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If it is necessary to perform construction work on Saturdays, Sundays, City holidays, or outside the eight-hour regular working day, City approval is required a minimum of two full working days, exclusive of weekends, prior to such work. Any costs, including inspection overtime and benefit costs, incurred by the City due to such work, shall be fully paid to the City prior to acceptance of the work.
