(1) Any publicly owned vehicle of any City, County, public district, State, or Federal agency.

(2) Any vehicle licensed for public transportation.

(3) Any other vehicle granted an exemption by the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction because passage of the vehicle along or across the traffic-congested thoroughfare is necessary for commercial and medical reasons. (Ord. 176, passed 9-8-2020)
