Unless otherwise stated, violations of MMC 13.21.020 through 13.21.120 shall be punishable only through the imposition of a civil penalty in the amount not to exceed $100.00 per violation, and shall be enforceable in any civil court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 176, passed 9-8-2020)
