(1) Post-construction storm water quality permits issued under this title will be valid for a period of one year.

(2) Prior to the expiration of a post-construction storm water quality permit, the permit holder may present a written request for an extension to the City Engineer. If the City Engineer determines an extension is warranted, up to a 12-month extension may be granted. Extensions will be subject to the applicable fees described in MMC 12.45.100.
