The engineering standards and construction standards adopted under MMC 15.20.050 provide the design and construction criteria for private and public post-construction storm water quality facilities required under this chapter. In the event that any provisions of the engineering standards and/or construction standards are in conflict with any section of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter will govern.
