(1) Lateral Replacement within Public Rights-of-Way. The City shall repair or replace structural failures of sanitary sewer service laterals in public rights-of-way when, in the judgment of the City Engineer, repair or replacement of the service lateral is warranted. (Ord. 156, passed 8-13-2019)
