There is adopted the recodified Millersburg Municipal Code as compiled, edited, and published by Code Publishing Company (CPC), Seattle, Washington (“the Code”), to replace, in its entirety, the Millersburg Code of Ordinances in effect on the date the Ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted (the “Prior MCO”).
