(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, violation of this chapter is an infraction/violation of the Millersburg Code with a fine up to $1,000. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a person adjudged responsible for violation of this chapter may be ordered by the court to correct the violation.

(2) A second or subsequent violation of this chapter within six months of having been convicted of a violation of this chapter carries a maximum fine of up to $2,000 for each additional occurrence. (Ord. 109, passed 7-8-2014; Code 2014 § 94.99)
